Resume vs CV: What's the Difference? (India & Placements)

In India, "resume" and "CV" are often used interchangeably, but some companies and roles expect one or the other. Here's how to handle it.

When "CV" is used

Academic positions, research roles, or some international applications may expect a longer CV with publications, detailed projects, and full academic history. When in doubt, check the job description or placement guidelines.

What to submit
