1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of 75ipc.com (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

75ipc.com provides an online resume and CV analysis service, including ATS (Applicant Tracking System) scoring, feedback on content and formatting, and related recommendations. Services may be offered in free and paid tiers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must create an account to use paid features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to enter into these Terms. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Payments and Razorpay

Paid plans are charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed by Razorpay (“Payment Processor”). By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay’s terms and policies applicable to your transaction. We do not store your full card or banking details; those are handled by the Payment Processor.

• Pricing: Current plans (e.g. 4 reviews for ₹99, 10 reviews for ₹199) are as displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds: Once resume review credits are used (e.g. analysis has been run), we do not offer refunds for consumed credits. For technical failures before you receive the service, contact us; we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion and in line with Razorpay’s and our policies.
• Disputes: Payment disputes and chargebacks are subject to Razorpay’s and our processes. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account termination.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: (a) upload resumes or content that infringe others’ rights, are defamatory, or illegal; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our or others’ systems or accounts; (c) use the service to build a competing product or scrape data at scale; (d) abuse or overload our systems. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this section.

6. Your Content and Our Use

You retain ownership of the resumes and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and use that content solely to provide and improve our services (e.g. analysis, support). We do not sell your resume content to third parties. We may use anonymised or aggregated data for analytics and product improvement.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any particular ATS score, shortlisting, or job outcome. Resume feedback is for guidance only and does not constitute career, legal, or professional advice. We are not liable for decisions you or third parties make based on our analysis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or profits) arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the service for breach of these Terms, fraud, or at our discretion with notice. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. liability, disputes) will remain in effect.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If any provision is held invalid, the rest of the Terms remain in force.
